Product Description
The 316LDM series steel grade is based on 316L by adding corrosion resistant elements such as N, Mo, Cr, and adjusting the annealing material of the product to improve its corrosion resistance and polishing performance
There is a significant improvement in weldability compared to 316L, and it is more effective than 316L
New materials suitable for environments containing chloride ions.

316LDM adopts Mirror material production technology and high standard material control standards to ensure that the product grain size is between 8.0 and 10.0 levels, and the grain size is uniform, which improves the surface treatment performance of the product, such as polishing and grinding, while reducing the probability of surface defect induced pitting corrosion.

The composition of 316LDM meets the relevant standards of 316L, and through process upgrading, auxiliary material optimization and other management, it has the following advantages compared to general 316L: 1. high corrosion resistance, 2. good processing formability, and 3. higher mechanical strength. Its mechanical properties fully meet the 316L series material standards specified in the standard, with typical representative values as shown in the table below
